CE: Takanga the Tongan World-Chu

This is not an official design! Whether or not I keep the character is dependent on the contest results.
Anyway, this is my entry for the #World-chus Design A World-Chu contest. I don't have a World-Chu of my own, so I thought I'd take the opportunity

Personality: Takanga is headstrong and outspoken; she is not afraid to express her views and won't give up under pressure. She is very proud of her individuality and can often be very boastful of her own accomplishments. An intelligent creature, she enjoys reading in her spare time. While she is very well-versed, she is always careful about what she says because of her fear of revealing personal secrets.

History: Even in her younger days, Takanga had quite a reputation. She had relatively good skills as a leader, forming a small group with other island-based countries. This group included Micronesia, Fiji and the Solomon Islands.
However, after a dispute with Netherlands, she became violent and antisocial. This resulted in her spending a long time isolated from the other countries. If any tried to talk to her, she would either attack or ignore them. Finally, England managed to convince Takanga to accept the others and stop fighting everyone. However, she still retains a proud sense of individuality.

Design: The flower is a hibiscus, and native to Tonga. The tattoo design is based off a traditional Tongan design, which is symbolic of high status.
Takanga: Means "friend" in Tongan
Lou: Means "leaf", but was the name of a famous warrior
